Introduction
The City of Peachtree City is seeking qualified Contractors to submit a proposal for the
renovation of the existing Police Headquarters and the refurbishment of an existing facility
into a Police Training Facility and Emergency Operations Center.

(defined at 2 C.F.R. § 180.905) are excluded (defined at 2 C.F.R. § 180.940) or disqualified
(defined at 2 C.F.R. § 180.935).
The project includes approximately 35,005 square feet of renovation across two existing public safety facilities. Building 1 is a 14,090 SF single-story Police Headquarters requiring interior refurbishment including creation of additional offices, MEP upgrades, security enhancements, finishes, evidence/support areas, administrative offices and public lobby. Building 2 is a 20,915 SF two-story Police Training Facility/EOC requiring complete renovation into tactical training rooms, conference spaces, Emergency Operations Center, Real Time Crime Center, technology infrastructure, security systems and associated building improvements. The selected CM will provide preconstruction planning and design support, constructability reviews and value engineering, cost estimating, development of Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), subcontractor procurement, quality control and safety management, occupied facility coordination, security and police operations coordination, and commissioning, closeout, warranties and record documents.
