SCOPE OF WORK - Work to be done shall consist of all labor, materials, equipment, and appurtenances necessary to complete the proposed improvements as shown in the Project Documents. More specifically, the scope includes installation of a new duplex submersible lift station featuring a 6' diameter wet well, +/- 2,900 LF of 6" PVC sewer force main, +/- 50 LF of 10" PVC gravity sewer main, rehabilitation of one existing duplex submersible lift station, directional drills, manholes, electrical, and pavement replacements. All force main and the new Spring Creek Charter Academy lift station shall be installed, tested, operational, and ready for service by May 31, 2027.
Time allotted for completion of work is 180 consecutive calendar days.
