Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on 10/22/2026 at 1:00PM at 1100 Mary Magnan Blvd,
Madison, GA 30650. Attendance by a representative of each prospective bidder is required. Only
firms represented at the meeting will be eligible to submit a proposal. It is the responsibility of
each proposer to sign the attendance sheet. Failure to attend will result in the proposal being
deemed non-responsive.
Complete construction of a new approximately 11,000-square-foot Fire Station #22 with four drive-through bays, administrative offices, dorm rooms and living quarters, including pre-engineered metal building, brick, block, metal panels, standing seam roof, wood trusses, site work, utilities, concrete, masonry, finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, full fire sprinkler and kitchen hood suppression, low-voltage communications infrastructure, apparatus bay doors and gear systems, plus CPM scheduling, safety, quality control, permitting, as-builts, closeout, commissioning and one-year warranty administration.
