The work also includes selective demolition and removal of existing site features; excavation, filling, grading, trenching, and preparation of subgrades; and installation and maintenance of temporary and permanent erosion, sedimentation, and pollution control measures. Utility work includes water distribution piping and appurtenances, testing, flushing, chlorination, and coordination with the applicable water utility, as well as sanitary sewer piping, joints, structures, bedding, and associated trenching and backfill. The Contractor shall also provide the underground electrical service associated with the restroom facility, including all required trenching, conduit, wiring, backfill, and related components, with the electrical service stubbed up at the designated location for CXT to make the final connection.
