submit responses to solicitations electronically.
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, permits and incidentals necessary to perform on-call construction, repair, maintenance, renovation, and emergency response services. Work is assigned through individual Task Orders and includes six categories: Concrete Services, Landscaping and Grounds Improvements, Plumbing Services, Vertical Construction Services, Horizontal Construction Services, and Emergency Response Services. The Contractor must hold all required licenses and certifications for each category awarded, maintain authority to conduct business in Georgia, demonstrate minimum five years of experience in each category, and complete at least three similar projects within the last five years. The contract has an initial term of 12 months with four optional one-year renewals; no minimum amount of work is guaranteed.
