The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Watershed Management (DWM), will shortly undergo an
Invitation for Bid (IFB) process for the procurement of qualified suppliers to provide color video pipeline
inspection and water/sewer cleaning equipment, repairs, maintenance, and software. The selected supplier or
suppliers will furnish new pipeline inspection systems, lateral launch systems, push camera inspection systems,
custom vehicle/chassis build-outs, chassis-mounted sewer combination equipment, replacement parts and
accessories, preventive maintenance, repairs, warranty support, software licensing and technical support, and
related training. Interested and qualified suppliers must demonstrate the ability to furnish and support the required
equipment and systems, including access to qualified personnel, facilities, tools, diagnostic equipment, replacement
parts, and technical resources necessary to provide installation, training, preventive maintenance, warranty work,
and repairs. Suppliers providing software shall be capable of supporting applicable licensing, updates, technical
support, integration, and training requirements. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards to vendors
determined to be responsible and responsive. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be noticed and held to provide
