Sealed bids for ITB NO. 27-006 CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR BASIN 400 AND 4013 CIPP (CURED-IN-PLACE PIPE) REHABILITION, will be received by the Brunswick-Glynn County Joint Water and Sewer Commission at the JWSC's Office of the Procurement Director, 1703 Gloucester Street, Brunswick, Georgia 31520 until 12:00 NOON EST, Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project is located in both the north mainland and mainland districts in Glynn County, Brunswick, Georgia. The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all skills, labor, materials, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to rehab 660 linear feet of 6" sewer main, 26,115 linear feet of 8" sewer main, and 412 linear feet of 12" gravity sewer main. This project is within heavily residential areas and will require coordination of work to limit disruption to the residents and successful reinstatement of all active service connections. The selected contractor will be required to line through point repairs made by the owner prior to commencement. The timeframe to complete this scope of work (including final reports) is estimated not to exceed three hundred (300) calendar days.
