GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RFQ #27035-Q: Public Works Transportation Engineer of Record
The TEOR will provide services across eleven categories: Traffic Studies/Transportation Planning, Project Management & Plan Review, Intersections, Bridges, Paths/Transportation Alternatives Program, Roads, Surveying, Environmental Services, Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI), Right-of-Way Acquisition, and Additional/Other services. Work will be assigned via Task Orders on a sole-source, low-bid, or proposal basis. Specific anticipated projects include realignment of Bernhard Road, a channelized right-turn lane at Inman Road and SR 92, a roundabout at Ebenezer Church Road and Redwine Road, a multi-use path at Starrs Mill Nature Trail, and intersection improvements at Tyrone Road and Dogwood Road.
