The contractor will provide school bus transportation for all Brimfield, Brookfield, Holland, and Wales children to and from their homes to their respective elementary schools and/or Tantasqua Regional Junior and Senior High Schools. Services include regular routes, late bus runs (3:30 pm and 5:00 pm), and extracurricular trips. The contractor must provide a local telephone number, a school bus transportation coordinator, substitute bus service, and garage the required fleet within the member towns. Buses must be at least 2020 model year or newer, Type I vehicles with at least 71 passengers, equipped with two-way radio communication. The contract is for three school years (180 days each), renewable annually at the school committees' discretion.
