NMCOG is seeking a Consultant to update the region's Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan. The Coordinated Plan identifies the transportation needs of older adults, people with disabilities, and people with low incomes; inventories the public, private, and nonprofit transportation services available to them; provides strategies for meeting unmet needs and improving coordination among providers; and prioritizes those strategies for funding and implementation.
The consultant will serve as the public face of the project to update the Coordinated Public Transit-Human Services Transportation Plan, leading inclusive stakeholder and community engagement, reviewing existing plans and 2023 recommendations, updating the provider inventory and demographic and travel-pattern analysis, assessing needs and service gaps, developing specific prioritized strategies with lead entities, costs, funding sources and performance measures, and delivering administrative, public and final accessible plans with executive summary, public meeting, comment responses and final files.

Most Massachusetts work asks for the two below, and the solicitation documents are where it’s stated. One prequalification covers both — on this bid and the next.
A surety’s written statement that it expects to bond you up to a stated amount, subject to final underwriting. It’s what an agency asks to see before they take your bid seriously.
