The Town of Sandwich Select Board is soliciting proposals to hire a Town Manager Search Consultant to assist in the search and selection of a new Town Manager to start work around July 1, 2027.

The consultant will work with the Select Board to establish selection criteria, develop descriptive documents, conduct networking and advertising to generate a diverse candidate pool, review resumes, schedule and conduct interviews, check references, extend an offer of employment, and assist in the hiring process. The scope includes developing a timeline, advising on administrative assistance, providing training on HR best practices, and notifying unsuccessful candidates. The consultant must always act ethically and represent the Town's interests.
