Per legislative language, this AGF is open only to the current nonprofit recipient of the SFY26 Emerging Adult Reentry Initiative (EARI) Technical Assistance Provider who has a current contract ending on December 31, 2026.
The Technical Assistance Provider will assist six funded community reentry program sites by providing strategic, analytic, technical, and research support. This includes training grantees on program design, data collection and evaluation; developing a platform for sites to submit data; cleaning, managing, and evaluating data; coordinating data to create an annual legislative report; holding monthly in-person and/or virtual meetings; providing evaluation tools; and engaging in trainings with the six grant recipients. The TA provider will also work with correctional partners to develop best practices regarding sharing of participant data, and will travel to all program sites throughout the Commonwealth to gauge progress and provide recommendations.
