Special Requirements: A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at 1500 E Nir Shreibman Blvd, La Vergne, TN 37086. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.
Miscellaneous: All bid responses must be received and acknowledged in the City Administrator’s Office on or before the day and time listed below, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
The project replaces 2,654 linear feet of existing 18-inch gravity sewer and installs 2,620 linear feet of new 21- and 24-inch gravity sewer with manholes and appurtenances, plus 150 linear feet of 36-inch steel casing by jack and bore and asphalt repair. The unit-price schedule includes 8-inch, 21-inch and 24-inch PVC sewer, 60-inch manholes, asphalt repair for parking, Stones River Road and Rutherford Point, concrete pavement repair, services, Murfreesboro Road bore, check dams, irrigation replacement, seed and straw, gravel parking repair, tree replacement, bank light remove and replace, and erosion control.
