ARANSAS PASS CIVIC CENTER RESTROOM RENOVATION
The City of Aransas Pass is accepting Competitive Sealed Proposals for Restroom Remodeling at the
Aransas Pass Civic Center.
Sealed proposals will be received from all interested parties at the City Secretary's Office, City of Aransas
Pass, 600 W. Cleveland, Aransas Pass, Texas 78336. Deadline to submit proposals is Thursday,
November 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked as follows:

The City reserves the right to reject all proposals, close the solicitation without prior notice, or award the
contract to a party other than the lowest proposer, in accordance with applicable law.

Qualifications: Proposers must demonstrate experience in comparable commercial, municipal, civic, or institutional restroom renovation projects.Proposals must include qualifications, project references, proposed subcontractors, project team information, safety documentation, and evidence of bonding and insurance capacity, as specified in the RFP.Plumbing and electrical work must be performed by appropriately licensed contractors in the State of Texas.
Special Requirements:
Proposals must be submitted in two (2) sealed hard copies, including one signed original.Electronic, emailed, and facsimile submissions will not be accepted.Each proposal must include proposal security equal to five percent (5%) of the total base proposal amount. The successful proposer will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to 100% of the contract amount, and required insurance.All proposals must be received no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday, November 19, 2026.Hand Delivery:
