The City reserves the right to reject all proposals, close the solicitation without prior notice, or award the contract to a party other than the lowest proposer, in accordance with applicable law.

Bid opening: November 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM (Chicago) — City Hall, 600 W. Cleveland Boulevard, Aransas Pass, TX 78336 — Competitive sealed proposals are due Thursday, November 19, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Public opening will take place immediately following the deadline at City Hall. Two sealed hard copies, including the signed original, are required. Electronic submissions will not be accepted. Copy

Written questions must be submitted to Jen Stacy at jstacy@aptx.gov no later than Thursday, November 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM. Proposals must be submitted in two (2) sealed hard copies, including one signed original. Hand Delivery: Office of the City Secretary 600 W. Proposal security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base proposal is required. The successful proposer must provide performance and payment bonds in accordance with the RFP requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in accordance with applicable law and the solicitation documents.
