The scope of work shall include but not be limited to the construction of fishing piers, paving, grading, terraced seating, raised patio, lighting, site furniture, tree planting and irrigation. Add Alternate 1 includes paving, lighting, site furnishings, plantings and irrigation improvements adjacent the planned Splashpad. Add Alternate 2 includes Low Impact Development (LID) Features, including trickle channels, bioretention areas, vegetative swales, sediment forebays, planting and irrigation. Add Alternate 3 includes installation of trees and irrigation on the northwest, west and southwest edges of the lake.
