Request For Qualifications: Facility Planning Support for MSD An electronic Proposal must be submitted through the Bonfire portal at https://cincinnati-oh.bonfirehub.com/. Responses submitted by hard copy, mail, or e-mail will not be accepted.
The consultant will provide professional engineering, technical and strategic planning services to support MSD’s Capital Improvement Program for wastewater treatment facilities and associated infrastructure, including evaluation of existing facilities, condition assessments, analysis of operating data and treatment processes, capacity and compliance assessment, identification of bottlenecks and optimization opportunities, stakeholder engagement, planning-level cost estimates and schedules, and preparation of technical memoranda, condition assessment reports and Business Case Evaluation documentation to identify, evaluate and prioritize capital projects.
