The vendor will provide dedicated accounting resources including Staff Accountants, Senior Accountants, and an onsite Project Manager with governmental and housing finance accounting experience and working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP. Services include preparing monthly reconciliations of assigned general ledger and bank accounts, supporting monthly/quarterly/year-end close and preparing assigned audit schedules, processing and balancing daily lockbox/wire/pending payout and other cash transactions, reconciling single family/multifamily loan and escrow balances to the general ledger, analyzing proprietary and governmental funds operating results, collecting/analyzing/documenting/reporting financial data for governmental programs, reviewing grant and loan receipts and disbursements, performing variance analysis of management reports and financial statements, and identifying system enhancements and process improvements. The vendor will also provide monthly reporting on hours/transactions/performance against IHDA-set benchmarks, maintain standard operating procedures for recurring processes, and provide onsite project management for escalation and coordination.
