Services may be performed virtually or in person. The vendor must provide services with at least 24-hour advance notice, and transcripts must meet a minimum accuracy threshold of 97%. The vendor shall maintain an account with the ICC's eDocket system for transcript uploads. The standard turnaround time for transcripts is ten business days, with expedited delivery options available. The vendor must use only Certified Shorthand Reporters licensed through the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation and have a minimum of two years of experience with at least three clients in the past two years. Subcontractors are not allowed.
