The vendor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform janitorial services five days a week after normal work hours at L6344 606-608 W. St. Louis Ave., East Alton, IL 62024. Services include daily cleaning of restrooms, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, emptying wastebaskets, removing waste, cleaning break room areas, and cleaning mirrors. Twice-weekly tasks include cleaning entryway glass and picking up outdoor debris. Weekly tasks include spray buffing tile areas, dusting windows and ledges, and washing partition glass. Semi-annual tasks include shampooing carpets, washing blinds, washing all inside windows and outside first-floor windows, stripping and refinishing tile areas, and cleaning HVAC vents. The vendor must also perform other janitorial duties on an as-needed hourly basis as agreed with the CMS Facility Manager. The contract requires a minimum of 40 hours per month.
