The vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment to perform janitorial services at L6453, 113 Newell St, Woodstock IL 60098. Services include daily cleaning of restrooms, mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, emptying wastebaskets, and removing waste; twice-weekly cleaning of entryway glass and picking up outdoor debris; weekly spray buffing of tile areas, dusting, and washing partition glass; semi-annual carpet shampooing, blind washing, window washing, stripping and refinishing tile, and cleaning HVAC vents; and other janitorial duties on an as-needed basis. The contract requires a minimum of 95 hours per month.
