THE PURPOSE OF THIS PROJECT IS TO IMPROVE ADA COMPLIANCE AND SAFETY FOR PEDESTRIANS ON HIGHWAYS 7 AND
70B IN GARLAND COUNTY. THIS PROJECT CONSISTS OF REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL ITEMS, EARTHWORK, PORTLAND

The project consists of removal and disposal items, earthwork, Portland cement concrete pavement, ACHM base, binder, and surface courses, cold milling asphalt pavement, ACHM patching of existing roadway, maintenance of traffic, minor drainage, erosion control, traffic signal items, pavement marking, and miscellaneous items. Specific quantities include 2,274 LF of curb and gutter removal, 1,143 SQYD of walk removal, 625 CUYD of unclassified excavation, 4,049 SQYD of cold milling asphalt pavement, 2,802 LF of concrete curb and gutter, 535 SQYD of concrete walks, and extensive traffic signal and electrical work including 12,675 LF of traffic signal cable and 8,120 LF of electrical conductors in conduit.
