The project consists of clearing and grubbing, removal and disposal of existing structures and materials, earthwork (unclassified excavation and compacted embankment), aggregate base course, ACHM binder and surface courses, cold milling asphalt pavement, maintenance of traffic, minor drainage structures, one continuous plate girder unit bridge (total span 355.21'), erosion control items, pavement marking, and miscellaneous items. Specific quantities include 4,055 CUYD of unclassified excavation, 27,548 CUYD of compacted embankment, 4,463 TON of aggregate base course, 1,313 TON of ACHM binder, 564 TON of ACHM surface, 361,150 LB of structural steel plate girder, and 98,020 LB of epoxy coated reinforcing steel.
