After review of the project specific documents, if you are a Tinker AFB – MAC BOA Holder, please send an email to the Contracting Points of Contact as an RSVP stating you are interested in attending the Initial Site Visit.
Your RSVP email must be received within 5 calendar days from the posting of this project. In your RSVP, please let us know if all personnel that will be attending the Initial Site Visit have base access. If anyone requires base access, you must forward with your RSVP the Entry Access List (EAL) so that we can know how many personnel require base access. ****** ONLY MAC BOA Prime Contractors are to RSVP, Subcontractors are to inform at least one Prime Contractor of their intention to attend and if a Subcontractor requires base access, they must be sponsored by a Prime Contractor.*
After receipt of your RSVP by October 20, 2026 COB CST and EAL if required, an Initial Site Visit is set for October 22**, 2026** @ 10am CST–– B1134.** RSVP required for TIME of the inital site visit. A calendar invite will be sent out to those who RSVP.**

The work consists of furnishing all materials, labor, plant, tools, transportation, equipment, testing services, quality control and incidentals required to accomplish the repair/replacement of the compromised structural integrity of B1134 east post and north wall (South 40). The shear braces on the north wall have eroded/degraded to the point of possible failure. The base of Post 34 has eroded/degraded to the point of possible failure. The work includes replacing existing wood 5x5 columns with new 6x6 wood columns, replacing existing 2x6 wood diagonal wall braces, removing and replacing existing metal siding as required for column replacement, replacing existing 2x6 wood girts, removing existing wood column footings to install new 24"x24"x4'-0" footings for new columns, and repairing a damaged wood truss 2x4 bottom chord.
