The contractor must furnish all labor, materials, equipment and other incidentals to demolish and dismantle all assigned buildings, dispose of all waste including hazardous materials properly and through the proper channels, perform HAZMAT mitigation by properly removing and disposing of asbestos containing materials noted in the Schedule of Items, and properly disconnect and cap all services per code such as power, sewer and water. Removal of any items listed for removal includes appropriate disposal off-forest. The Schedule of Items lists mobilization plus work at 1004 Cville Residence 2, 1005 Cville Residence A, 1132 N. Bloomfield Cookhouse, 1023 N. Bloomfield Residence, 1011 Wild Plum Residence and 2310 Wild Plum Cabin.
