To provide ability to identify biomarkers which will provide information about underlying molecular changes associated with Alzheimer¿s Disease and Related Dementias in well characterized samples from patients
The contractor shall provide one High Throughput Automated Proteomics Analysis System and all associated software and accessories, installation and all required installation materials and services, white glove services including freight, handling fees, and insurance, and on-site training for instrument and software including all training materials. The system must meet salient characteristics including fully automated processing of up to 288 samples per run, integrated qPCR, <30 minutes hands-on time, results in <6 hours for singleplex assays, cartridge-based reagent system, liquid handling for automated sample preparation, onboard computing, cloud-based analysis software, compatibility with NULISA assay technology, scalable multiplexing from singleplex to 1000s of targets, broad sample compatibility, API for custom method development, and compliance with EMC, UL, CE, WEEE, ISO 13485, and ISO 9001.
