as a competitive combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services.
The Government intends to award a contract or purchase order resulting from this solicitation
using full and open competition.
This acquisition is conducted under the authority of FAR 12.603, Streamlined Solicitation for
Commercial Products or Commercial Services, and is not expected to exceed the simplified
acquisition threshold.
The contractor must provide, deliver, de-install the existing non-serviceable ceiling-mounted surgical lighting, and fully install a Baxter/Hill-Rom Helux Pro Surgical Light System. The system includes a medical-grade LED lighthead with high CRI (≥95) and R9 (≥90), ceiling-mounted single-arm suspension with 360° rotation, integrated 4K camera, dual-channel HD recording, DICOM-compliant 55-inch 4K monitor, touchscreen room controller, centralized video routing core, and all necessary mounting kits, cabling, and installation. The contractor must also provide OEM warranty and multi-year service support (3-year lighthead / 4-year integrated system Protection+), certified removal and disposal of the legacy unit, and turnkey facility integration including structural verification and in-wall/conduit cabling.
