The contractor must provide inpatient and outpatient facility services (optional deliverable) and professional services (optional deliverable) conforming to community standards and all applicable laws. Professional services include community-based and institution-based specialty clinics such as cardiology, podiatry, dermatology, orthopedics, gastroenterology, neurology, optometry, oral surgery, physical therapy, and mobile MRI, CT, and ultrasound units. The contractor must manage medical records, submit proper invoices, maintain communication, and provide an Onsite Scheduler. Services are for male offenders at Care Level 2 facilities. The contract includes a base year and four option years.
