Site Visit: An organized site visit is scheduled for 26 October 2026 at 10:00 AM CST. This will be the only site visit conducted. Participants are to meet at the front gate visitor center of Little Rock AFB @ 0930 to allow time to obtain escort passes and accountability. Vendors MUST RSVP to the POCs listed no later than 22 October 2026 at 4:00 PM CST on who will be attending the site visits. Little Rock AFB is not an open base and you must have a valid REAL ID to access the base.

Provide full maintenance, repair and inspection services for six traction elevators and eleven hydro/electric elevators at Little Rock AFB, AR 72099. Work includes developing a Maintenance Control Program and Quality Control Program, performing inspections, testing and maintenance per ASME A17.1 and other codes, 30-day fire safety inspections, cleaning of machine rooms and job sites, routine response within 24 hours and emergency response within 2 hours, repair and replacement with new equal-quality parts, and written condition and service reports. Base year plus option years cover continuous coverage with 95% operational availability.
