Service agreement must provide a minimum of 2 scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) inspections to include parts replacement as described in the original manufacturer’s service manual for the covered model. Base coverage period from 1 Nov 2026-31 Oct 2027, with 4 option years.

The service agreement must provide a minimum of 2 scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) inspections per year, including parts replacement as described in the original manufacturer’s service manual. Work includes periodically performing preventive maintenance, thoroughly inspecting and testing the GE Ohmeda anesthesia units, making adjustments, effecting repairs, replacing parts, and keeping existing system software current with manufacturers recommendations. The contractor must provide on-site support within twenty-four (24) hours of notification of any error or malfunction. The equipment to be serviced includes 16 GE Healthcare Anesthesia Units (models AESTIVA MRI, AISYS CS2) and 16 E-SCAIO-00 Gas Modules, each with specific serial numbers listed.
