The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, parts, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform quarterly preventive maintenance (including cleaning, descaling, sanitation, drain line flushing, water filter replacement, mechanical and electrical testing) and corrective maintenance (diagnosing and repairing or replacing defective components) on approximately 95 ice machines at seven locations: Dallas VA Medical Center, Herzog Veterans Resource Center, Fort Worth VA Clinic, Grand Prairie VA Clinic, Plano VA Clinic, Polk Street VA Clinic, and Tyler VA Clinic. The contractor must also provide emergency corrective services 24/7, maintain a stock of commonly required parts, and comply with all sanitation, safety, and reporting requirements.
