Black Hills State University (BHSU) is seeking proposals from qualified signage vendors to fabricate, furnish, deliver, and install the University’s new campus wayfinding and signage system in accordance with the completed design documents and specifications provided by BHSU. The selected vendor will be responsible for accurately producing the specified signage, coordinating materials and fabrication, providing necessary mounting hardware and components, delivering signage to campus, and completing professional installation at designated locations. The project is intended to provide BHSU with a consistent, durable, and professionally installed wayfinding signage system that improves navigation and supports the overall appearance and identity of the campus.

The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, transportation, installation, and other services necessary to complete the project. The scope includes project coordination (kickoff meeting, site verification), shop drawings and submittals, sign fabrication (11 Pedestrian Signs, 24 Building Signs, 10 Vehicular Signs, 25 Village Square Signs & Brackets), removal of existing signage, delivery and installation, site restoration, and quality control and final completion including a final walkthrough and punch-list items.
