Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for shipboard habitability furniture and equipment for the DDG-Type Vessel The required items include secretary and drawer lockers, full-length mirrors, and EEBD stowage containers.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency.
Quotes will be evaluated in accordance with RFO 12.203, the Government will select the most advantageous offer based on the following evaluation factors: technical including delivery date, price, and past performance in no order of relative importance.
Drawings and references are available to quoters upon request. Quoters may request these by providing their CAGE code and capability statement.

The contractor shall manufacture and deliver 25 line items of shipboard furniture: eleven 24-inch secretary lockers with sub-base and writing surface (aluminum with powder coating, CRES sub-base), two 36-inch secretary lockers with sub-base, three 36-inch drawer lockers with sub-base, four full-length mirrors with anodized aluminum brackets and laminated glass (bulkhead-mounted), and five EEBD stowage containers (aluminum with powder coating). All items must comply with MIL-STD-1623E, include manufacturer-signed habitability certificate, provide objective evidence of fire tests, and be packaged per ASTM-D-3951 with traceable freight delivery to Yokosuka, Japan by 30 November 2026. Items must be marked with National Stock Number or part number and shipped via government-designated carrier using NAVSUP WSS Ready-to-Ship process.
