The 410th Contract Support Brigade (CSB) – Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Miami hereby issues AMENDED Solicitation No. W91QEX-27-Q-A001 01 for the acquisition of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract action supporting the United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM) and the USSOUTHCOM Joint Task Force – Western Hemisphere (JTF-WHEM).
The Government requires a complete turnkey solution to modernize two (2) operational workspaces with modular ergonomic workstations and supporting office furniture. The resulting contract requires the awardee to provide all project management, design services, pre-installation site surveys, freight and delivery, removal and disposal of existing furniture, assembly, installation, and final acceptance testing. All proposed pricing must be fully inclusive of all freight, labor, materials, and services required to deliver fully operational workspaces.
Work is distributed across two (2) primary operational areas with the following targets:
• Room 1 – JPG: Propose a room layout to accommodate and furnish at least 35 workstations (planning target: approximately 35).
• Room 2 – POD: Propose a room layout to accommodate and furnish at least approximately 35 workstations (planning target: approximately 35).
Submissions must demonstrate compliance with all ergonomic, design, and operational specifications outlined in the Statement of work (SOW).

The contractor must provide all personnel, supervision, design services, furniture, materials, equipment, transportation, delivery, staging, assembly, installation, testing, training, warranty support, cleanup, documentation, storage, tools, supplies, facilities, and other non-personal services necessary to provide a complete ergonomic workspace furniture modernization solution for Room 1 (JPG) and Room 2 (POD). Work includes dismantling and removing existing furniture, developing space planning and design packages, furnishing and installing motorized sit-to-stand workstations, ergonomic seating, conference tables, monitor arms, cable management, and storage components, and coordinating with Government DPW and AV/IT integrators. The contractor must also provide off-site climate-controlled warehousing, facility protection, daily debris removal, and post-installation training and documentation.
