The contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, equipment, tools, materials and supervision for monthly sampling and laboratory testing of utility and critical water and steam condensate, including bacteria 48-hour, endotoxin utility and critical, pH, conductivity, total alkalinity and total hardness tests at decon, GI, RO and steam points in Durham, Greenville and Garner, with analytical results and service reports provided to the COR, performance per VHA Directive 1116(2) and applicable standards, during a base year from November 10, 2026 to November 9, 2027 with four option years.
