Oklahoma requires an athlete agent to register with the Secretary of State before contacting a student-athlete, and to file a $50,000 bond under the Uniform Athlete Agents Act. Ours is $500, issued instantly — the price you see is the checkout price, the same for every agent.

Registration bonds are the simplest thing in surety. Here's the entire process:
Your details and an effective date. That's the application — no financials, no credit fields.
Bonds like this are among the thousands of types that issue right after purchase. At most, 1–2 business days.
Your executed bond arrives by email, ready to attach to your athlete agent registration or renewal. Wet-ink original mailed on request.
Oklahoma adopted the Uniform Athlete Agents Act (Title 70, O.S.), which requires anyone acting as an athlete agent — recruiting or soliciting a student-athlete to sign an agency contract — to register with the Secretary of State before making contact. Registration is conditioned on a $50,000 surety bond.
The bond is a student-athlete-protection guarantee: it backs the agent's compliance with the Act and protects student-athletes (and their schools) harmed by an agent's misconduct — for example, misappropriating an athlete's money or violating the Act's disclosure rules.
It is not insurance for you — if the surety pays a claim, you repay the surety. The registration and bond are renewed periodically; the bond must stay active for as long as you are registered. We track it and notify you 60 and 30 days before expiration.
These are the actual issuing fields — the application collects no credit information, because this bond doesn't need it.
