Warren is the seat of Bradley County in southeast Arkansas, and like most Arkansas cities it runs its own contractor registration and permitting on top of whatever the state requires. Permits and inspections are handled by the Building & Codes Department at 104 N. Myrtle, and the city separately levies an annual privilege license tax on trades and businesses operating in town, collected in the City Clerk’s office in the Municipal Building.
