Amendment 0001: This amendment modifies the solicitation to update Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) descriptions for the base and all option periods to align with the revised Price Schedule. Additionally, the amendment replaces the Price Schedule (Attachment 2) in its entirety and incorporates Questions and Answers (Attachment 3) to address industry inquiries. Offerors must use the newly provided Attachment 2 when submitting their proposals.
The contractor shall provide non-personal services, to include all personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at Lajes Field, 65th Air Base Group (ABG) and off Base support sites. Services include maintaining improved grounds (mowing to 2-4 inches, edging, trimming), semi-improved grounds (mowing to 4-10 inches), un-improved grounds (mowing once per year to 10-14 inches), vegetative/inert/rock beds, surface drainage ditches, debris removal, leaf removal, lawn conditioning (fertilization via work order), lawn repair (via work order), pruning shrubs and hedges, tree pruning and removal (including emergency), special cuts, and emergency and special events services. All work under special requirements is executed via work order by the CO or COR.
