The contractor shall provide comprehensive cleaning services for kitchen exhaust systems, including hoods, ducts, and rooftop exhaust fans, at designated facilities within USAG Yongsan-Casey. Cleaning shall be performed monthly as specified in Technical Exhibit (TE)-02. The contractor shall clean the entire kitchen exhaust system using a combination of approved chemical and physical methods, including steam cleaning, high-pressure washing, or other commercially accepted mechanical methods. The contractor must protect all kitchen surfaces and equipment prior to work, properly reassemble any disassembled components, rinse all surfaces after chemical application, and maintain site cleanliness. The contractor shall also prepare and submit a written inspection report within five working days after cleaning is completed.
