Basketball court 4 is severely damaged, the protective coating peeling and stripping in many places, leaving the court unsafe for play and PFA execution. Provide necessary labor to resurfacing, retrofit the existing court with in floor net sleeves.
**SITE VISIT **
A site visit will take place on Monday, 14 September at 1300 CST. An EAL form will need to be requested from the POCs listed on this solicitation. Contractors interested in attending the site visit will need to complete the EAL form and return it to the POCs listed on this solicitation by COB 7 September 2026. Base access is not guaranteed.
QUESTIONS DUE DATE AND TIME
All questions concerning this solicitation shall be sent in writing via email to the Contracting Office by 16 September 2026 at 1100 CST. Answers to all questions will be posted via amendment to www.sam.gov as soon as readily available.
OFFER DUE DATE AND TIME
All offers must be submitted to the Contracting Office by 1100 CST 21 September 2026
The contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, supplies, and labor to resurface basketball court 4 at Offutt AFB Field House, approximately 7,000 sq. ft. in building 321. Work includes cleaning and abrading the floor with no fewer than five levels of sanding, vacuuming, tacking and cleaning, drilling and installing two in-ground volleyball net sleeves, repainting all existing gym lines, measuring and painting two tournament-ready volleyball court lines, painting the Air Force Fitness logo at center line, applying two coats of water-based high solids gym finish, handling or enclosure of bleachers and loose equipment, removal of floor tape or gum, removal of deep gouges and scratches, and repairs or touch-up painting. The contractor is also responsible for disposal of all waste in accordance with applicable regulations.
