Vendors must review the Combined Synopsis-Solicitation and all attachments in their entirety prior to submitting a quote.
The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform comprehensive repairs to the concrete apron, asphalt shoulders, and airfield markings. Work includes concrete apron joint sealant replacement (approx. 120,000 LF), crack repair (rout and seal, approx. 1,000 LF), spall and partial depth repair (approx. 500 SF), asphalt shoulder mill and overlay (approx. 14,500 SY), airfield marking removal and replacement (approx. 35,000 LF), and POL asphalt road repair (550 SF). The work will restore structural integrity, eliminate safety hazards, extend service life, and ensure compliance with Air Force and FAA standards.
