A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at: Building Address: 8721 Frank Baldwin Rd, Building 9121, Ft Carson, CO 80913 Room: Outside at project site (will have someone directing traffic off of Frank Baldwin Rd) Date/Time: September 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM Visitor Access Requirements: If you do not already have access to Fort Carson please allow extra time and go to the Fort Carson Visitor Center at 6012 Nelson Blvd, Fort Carson, CO 80913. You will need a physical copy of your drivers license, vehicle registration and proof of insurance. A sponsor is not required when applying for a pass but does require a valid purpose for visiting Fort Carson, such as Contractor Conference. Contractor shall provide all necessary project supervision, construction coordination, scheduling, site logistics, safety and access control, protection of existing facilities, coordination with DMVA, the Architect/Engineer and Fort Carson representatives, required submittals and RFIs, quality control, coordination of inspections and testing, progress meetings, documentation of existing and unforeseen conditions, daily site cleanup, protection of completed work, punch-list coordination, closeout documentation, warranties, and correction of warranty deficiencies. The Contractor shall coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, deliveries, and construction activities necessary to maintain an orderly and safe project site while minimizing disruption to Fort Carson operations and shall comply with all Colorado National Guard, Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, and Fort Carson security, access, safety, and construction requirements. The scope of services will include full Construction Contracting Services for the project specified during the process of construction and warranty period.
