A site visit is scheduled for September 15 at 1000 PST. Site visit is not required, but encouraged. In order to attend the site visit you MUST submit your pass request (see attachments) no later than 9 September at 1100 PST.

The contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to repair approximately 60,000 square yards of asphalt concrete paving at March Air Reserve Base. Work includes design, inspection, preparation, slurry seal types II and III, mill and overlay, demolition, grading, curbs, full depth replacement, striping and signage. The base bid (CLIN 0001) covers demo, overlay, and striping for buildings 2276, 2273, 2278, and 2283. Eight optional CLINs cover prep, slurry, and striping for additional areas, and one option (CLIN 0009) includes demo paving, demo tree, grading, base compaction, paving, PCC flush curb, and striping for building 2283. The contractor must provide an independent inspector with 5 years minimum experience and submit technical drawings for the replacement parking lot identified in CLIN 0009. The period of performance is 120 days after notice to proceed.
