Services include labor and supervision, secure collection containers, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform on-site document destruction and disposal of confidential documents. The contract runs for a base year from February 1, 2027 through September 30, 2027, with four optional one-year renewal periods from October 1, 2027 through September 30, 2031.
