The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for the procurement of Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027).
The Embassy intends to award a single purchase order / contract for the required services.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit. The site visit will be held on August 26, 2026, at 09:30 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the US Embassy Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact kwangwh@state,gov by August 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
Kindly refer to the attached scope of work (SOW) for further details. Your quotation must be submitted electronically to KualaLumpurDTO@state.gov marked “Quotation Enclosed –Chancery and GOP Pest Management Service (2026-2027)” to the Contracting Officer, General Services Office, Kuala Lumpur on or before 12:00 noon on September 7, 2026.
No quotations will be accepted after that time. For any quotations above $40,000 USD, the Contractor must have valid and active registration in SAM.gov at the time of proposal submission.

The Contractor shall suppress indoor and outdoor populations of rats, mice, cockroaches, ants, mosquitoes, and other arthropod pests, as well as subterranean and non-subterranean termites, at U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur and other U.S. properties in Kuala Lumpur. Services include a cockroach control program using residual insecticides, a common ants control program, a rats/mice control program using Tamper Resistant Bait Stations, in-ground termite monitoring and baiting at specified locations, and alternate oil smoke mosquito fogging and water-based mosquito misting weekly. The Contractor must submit a Pest Control Plan, use Department-authorized pesticides, and coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative.
