This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238220 The small business size standard is $19 million This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.

The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to excavate the full length of the existing PPW line from Building 3 to Building 156 to identify leaks in the outer pipe of the fiberglass piping; install new electromagnetic flow meters in Buildings 3 and 4; connect all existing waste lines from Buildings 3 and 4 into the dual walled PPW fiberglass system; make the final connection for Building 125 near Building 3; perform complete operational and functional testing of the updated PPW system; backfill the entire trench from Building 3 to Building 156 and restore the surface to its original condition; and conduct ground remediation in areas where there is no concrete. The work also includes installing new compressed air lines in Building 4, decommissioning old waste lines, and performing hydrostatic and pneumatic integrity testing.
