The base bid scope includes replacing the existing water distribution system (water lines, valves, hydrants, well pump control system, water tank maintenance), renovating the interior of the existing Beach Bathhouse, renovating the interior and exterior of the Lower Loop A Bathhouse, and constructing a replacement Bathhouse for Upper Loop A (demolishing the existing toilet building and installing a new septic system). Optional bid items include renovating the Day Use Area (replacing paved/concrete pathways, renovating the picnic area, creating a kayak and small boat launch, and building a stone memorial garden area). The contractor must furnish all mobilization, labor, materials, tools, supervision, personnel, equipment and other incidentals necessary to perform all work.
