The contractor shall furnish and deliver one CH-47 Chinook Maintenance Platform including: Platform 1 - Nose Section Access Set, Platform 2 - FWD Fuselage Section Access Set, Platform 3 - AFT Fuselage Section Access Set, Platform 4 - Engine Section Access Set, Platform 5 - Tail Section/Top of AFT Engine Access Set, two Fixed Height Stairs (15T and 10T), and onsite training about equipment maneuvering, practical use, safety regulations, and necessary maintenance actions. The platform shall have aluminum checkered plate floor plates and sliding floor panels with a positive mechanical locking system. Delivery is FOB Destination to 1106 AV GRP THEATER AVIATIO, 5140 EAST DAKOTA, FRESNO CA 93727-7713, within 120 calendar days from date of award.
