Statement of Requirement
The Plumas NF requires the procurement of 1 EA Compact Mini Excavator for the purpose of OHV route operations, repair, and maintenance within the Forest. This Solicitation outlines the requirements, deliverables, and specifications for the procurement of this unit. Minimum Specifications and Delivery Information are listed below in this Solicitation.
The contractor shall furnish and deliver one (1) new compact mini excavator (model years 2025-2027) meeting minimum specifications: diesel engine, minimum 54 cc displacement, 15 HP gross horsepower, liquid cooled, electric start, 2+ speed travel, less than 4,000 lbs GVWR, overall length 100-140 inches, width 38-52 inches, height 80-100 inches, hydraulic system (1 pump, 5 gpm, 2300 psi), auxiliary hydraulics (minimum 1), digging depth minimum 72 inches, reach minimum 110 inches, turning radius 48-60 inches, expandable tracks, backfill blade, and ROPS/FOPS (4-post). The contractor must also provide one additional bucket (total of two buckets), an owner's manual, warranty registration, and a Certificate of Conformance. Delivery is F.O.B. destination to 159 Lawrence St, Quincy, CA 95971 and shall occur within 70 days after receipt of order. The government will accept a TCLOC inspection (Tires, Controls, Lights, Oil, Chassis) upon delivery.
