The contractor provides all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and supplies to maintain lawn, landscaped areas, hedges and shrubs across the Jefferson Barracks campus, including weekly mowing to 3.5 to 4.5 inches in growing season, vertical edging, line trimming, trash and debris removal before mowing, blowing clippings off paved surfaces, hedge and shrub trimming, weed removal, seeding, fertilization, leaf removal, and notification of dead or diseased trees, with spring and fall fertilizer, seed and pest treatments and as-needed non-growing-season work when directed, plus separate quoted task-order emergency tree, stump and root work with 4-hour response.
